Brunel University has several high quality halls of residence that will be available to conference delegates from the evening of Saturday 4th to the morning of Saturday 11th September 2004. Accommodation will be available in Galbraith Hall or Mill Hall where rooms have en-suite private bathrooms or in Chepstow Hall where rooms have a wash basin only and utilise shared bathrooms.
Accommodation bookings must be made online before September 3rd 2004 and no changes to bookings can be made after this date.
Note that cancellations of accommodation bookings received by 9th July 2004 will be refunded at a rate of 85%. Cancellations received after 9th July 2004 cannot be refunded.

Please note that all of these rooms are single. There is no shared accommodation available to delegates on the Brunel site.
Those delegates that wish to find shared or alternative accommodation may make their own arrangements at any of the large number of hotels near to Heathrow Airport or in Uxbridge.
All Brunel accommodation will include breakfast each day but will not have either internet access or TV.

The Red Lion Hotel
ICC XV has negotiated a deal with a nearby hotel called the Red Lion. This is very close to the conference site and delegates booking can recieve either £10 off their bill or enjoy a free breakfast each day. Contact details are:

Conference Catering
Meals will take place in the Stephenson foodhall.
For delegates staying in Brunel accommodation breakfast will be served from 7:30-9:00 each morning. This will be included in your accommodation costs. Delegates staying off campus are welcome to purchase breakfast in the Stephenson room during these times or should make their own arrangements.
A wide choice of lunches will be available to purchase during the break. There will be vegetarian options. If you have a special dietary requirement that you are concerned may not be met then please contact the conference office well in advance (at least one month) of the conference.
Dinner will be available from 18:00-19:00. Again there will be a choice of dishes for delegates to purchase.
Tea, coffee and cold drinks will be available from various points throughout the morning and afternoon sessions of the conference. The conference Welcome Reception (included in the registration price) will include drinks and light refreshments.
