ICC XV selected as an 'Outstanding Event'

The Sociedad Iberoamericana de Informacion Cientifica (SIIC) has named ICC XV as one of their outstanding events of 2004. SIIC is a Latin American body that promotes scientific communication within the Spanish speaking world. They are supporting ICC as an international conference by publicising it through their network of contacts and publications.
