ICC XV : Registration Form

On line registration has now closed. However you are more than welcome to register on-site at the registration desk in Brunel. It will also be possible to book accommodation and buy tickets for the conference social events at this desk.

Delegates hoping to book student registration should bring formal student identification with them to the conference, as this may be required before entry to the conference is permitted.

Payment Information

On site you may pay by credit card, cheque or cash.

Accepted cards include MasterCard (but not Maestro), Visa, Electron, JCB, Switch and Solo.
(American Express cards are not accepted).

Please note that all credit card payments for ICC XV will be taken in UK Sterling only.
Cheques and cash payments however can be made in either UK Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.

Cancellations

Cancellations received before 5th August 2004 will be refunded at a rate of 85%.
Cancellations received after 5th August 2004 cannot be refunded.

Requests for cancellations should be sent to the conference administration office and will be confirmed on receipt.

Receipts and Invoices

To keep administration costs down, full receipts will only be issued at the conference.
