On line registration has now closed. However you are more than welcome to register on-site at the registration desk in Brunel. It will also be possible to book accommodation and buy tickets for the conference social events at this desk.

Are you likely to want to see a film in the evening of either Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th or Wednesday 8th?

There will be a token charge of around £3 on the night.

The Classical Music Recital

A chance to hear some fine music from some great composers as played by The Isambard Ensemble. This event is happening on the evening of Tuesday 7th September .

The price is £6.50 / €10 / $12

Virginia Water Trip

The Virginia Water village trip is on Wednesday 8th September 2004 and includes coach fare and a visit to Windsor Great Castle.

The price is £23 / €35 / $43

The Conference Banquet

The medieval conference banquet will occur on Thursday 9th September 2004 and includes a drinks reception, entertainment during the meal by DragonsFire and a disco in the bar afterward.

The price is £40 / €60 / $74.

Payment Information

On site you may pay by credit card, cheque or cash.

Accepted cards include MasterCard (but not Maestro), Visa, Electron, JCB, Switch and Solo.
(American Express cards are not accepted).

Please note that all credit card payments for ICC XV will be taken in UK Sterling only.
Cheques and cash payments however can be made in either UK Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.

Cancellations

No refunds can be issused for any cancellations of social events.
(The only exception being if events are over subscribed and some bookings need to be declined).

Receipts

To keep administration costs down, tickets and receipts will only be issued at the conference.
