ICGS/Full/Assisted/Student Registration fee covers:

• Five days of conference presentations and poster sessions
• Printed conference abstracts and programme
• Conference bag and badge
• Associated exhibition
• Attendance at workshops and satellite sessions
• Welcome Reception on the Sunday evening
• Drinks refreshments on the five days of the conference (Monday to Friday)
• Drinks refreshments during the poster sessions
• Use of shuttle bus between Underground station and Brunel campus.
• Full receipts issued at the conference.
• Access to the campus sports facilities for a nominal charge

Accompanying person fee covers:

• Access to the conference venue but none of the lecture theatres or poster rooms
• Conference badge
• Welcome reception on the Sunday evening
• Drinks refreshments on the five days of the conference (Monday to Friday)
• Drinks refreshments during the poster sessions
• Use of shuttle bus between Underground station and Brunel campus.
• Full receipts issued at the conference.

Day tickets cover all the below but for one day only:

Socials (apart from the Sunday Welcome Reception) are not included in the registration fees and must be booked and paid for separately. Conference dinner tickets and other socials may only be purchased for registering delegates or registering accompanying persons. Please note that any day ticket registration allows access to the Welcome Reception if purchased in advance of the conference. See the social events page for more details.

Letters of Invitation

Any delegate who thinks they may require an official letter of invitation from the conference to aid the acquiring of travel visas etc. should complete the invitation request form after they have registered for the conference itself.

Assisted Place Registration

• Assisted places fees should only be selected on the registration form if the organising committee have approved a delegates application. Delegates selecting this option without approval may have their registrations cancelled without notice.
• No assistance (beyond the reduced rate of registration) can be offered to delegates for either accommodation, travel or other expenses.
