Each conference delegate is responsible for reserving and paying for their own accommodations.
There are many hotels near the meeting to choose from, ranging from quaint, classic, or budget hotels to fine five-star accommodations.
Special Conference Accommodation
The Conference has reserved a small block of rooms from Sunday 7th - Wednesday 10th November 2004 at special discount rates at the adjacent Courtyard Marriott Hotel. These reserved rates are:

These rates will be offered for reservation only until October 7th 2004, at which time regular rates may be imposed.
Rates are subject to applicable State and local taxes (currently 14%) in effect at the time of check in.
