The conference will include scenic ground and helicopter tours to view and contemplate the Spartina "hybrid swarm" (S. alterniflora x S. foliosa) that threatens the San Francisco Estuary.
The ground tour is included in the registration price.
The helicopter tour will incur an extra charge of about $75. There are only around 20 places and these will be allocated on a first paid for basis. If there is sufficient demand another helicopter flight may be arranged.
