The conference will publish a full-length, peer-reviewed proceedings volume after the meeting itself.
This volume will cost $40 if purchased with registration, $50 if purchased during the conference, and $60 if purchased after the conference. The volume will be prepared once the conference has finished and will be delivered in February 2005.
