    Meals or social events not listed, the helicopter tour, the proceedings volume and accommodation are not included in the registration rates and must be booked and paid for separately.

    Conference Registration Forms

    Two registration forms are available for attendance at Spartina 2004. One is an on-line form that will allow you to pay directly over the web by credit card. The other a PDF which you can download, fill in and then post or fax together with your payment (cheque or credit card).
