Registration information

Registration Fees, listed in Pounds Sterling, include:

  • Opening Reception (light appetizers) on Monday August 29th
  • Morning and Afternoon Coffee
  • Attendance to all conference sessions
  • Attendance to all poster sessions and exhibition
  • Garden party on Tuesday August 30th
  • Printed program volume
  • Electronic program and abstract volume

Accompanying Guest Registration

Accompanying guests will receive a name badge, entrance to the Opening Reception on Monday, August 29, Morning and Afternoon Coffee. Registered accompanying persons are also invited to participate in the social events of the conference (including the garden party and banquet), which are included in the accompanying person registration fee.

Registration Terms, Procedures and Contact Information

Payment: Payment is accepted by online credit/debit card or by bank transfer only. If you pay by bank transfer you MUST pay all the fees, otherwise your registration can not be accepted.

Early registration rates: Payment in full must be received by July 1st, 2011 in order to benefit from the reduced registration rates. Delegates with registration payments outstanding on this date will then need to pay the standard registration fee. The standard registration process will be available until August 1st, after which delegates will have to register on site (at the higher on-site rate).

Confirmation: Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received. Once you have completed your registration and payment, you will receive confirmation via email. This confirmation will include your registration receipt.

Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately all payments are non-refundable.

Letter of Invitation to Attend the Conference: A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers. If you require a letter of invitation, please register and pay for the conference. Once the payment has been received, visit your registration page and click on the "Invitation Letter" button. A form will then ask for full details for issuing the invitation letter. Please note that we can only send invitation letters as PDF attachments to and email message.

One Day Participants: One day registration is available, at a rate of £250 (standard) and £125 (student). This is available on-site only.
