What do your delegates want? Communication
Delegates will want information, lots of it.
They will want to know the conference's aims, schedule and structure,
and how to register and pay as easily as possible. Much of this can be
provided from a well designed web site and conference circulars.
However, most delegates will also wish to contact the conference
administration asking for specific information and personalised documents.
